How We Started
PhileCoders was founded in 2018 by a group of engineers frustrated with agencies that over-promised and under-delivered. We set out to build a different kind of software company — one where senior talent does the actual work, timelines are honest, and clients are treated as partners.
Over six years we've grown from a two-person consultancy to a tight-knit team of twelve, shipping everything from early-stage MVPs to enterprise-grade platforms. We've stayed deliberately small so every client gets our best work.
